Payment Terms:  Unless otherwise agreed by BHP Billiton, payment must be by Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) acceptable to BHP Billiton. Payment terms subject to change in accordance with Standard Terms and Conditions.

Delivery:  Incoterms as described.

Shipment Option: We have facilities to arrange for transportation to alternative locations.  Shipment, for the month of availability, can be made by prior arrangement with BHP Billiton.

Special Conditions: BHP Billiton reserves the right to decline any bid.
